Yes, we pick up parcels and letter mail from Canada Post
09:00 – 18:00, Monday through Friday.
If the parcel is damaged when presented by Canada Post, it will not be picked up or covered for damages. If a parcel is damaged and lost while in our possession, the declared value of the goods will be covered.
Yes, if a package is damaged and lost while in our possession, the declared value of the goods will be covered.
You will be notified via text that a delivery was attempted and to contact our service team to reschedule.
Your parcels will not be left outside unless you specifically requested that we do so. We don’t recommend it and will not be liable if the package is stolen, damaged, etc.
For residential services, the P.O. box is checked one to two times a day. For business services, the P.O. box is checked two to three times a day.
You can reach us by phone or email; we are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
